Simple accommodations for those who want to enjoy the beaches of the Matinhos and Pontal do Paraná region. House in the back of the house where the hostess Roseli, her husband and daughter live. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Two extra bedrooms with bathroom (attached to the house) are available for rent for an additional 8 people (with extra charges). Internal parking for up to four cars. Showers and a clothesline are also available in the yard. It is the last house on a cul-de-sac, very quiet.

It is 1 block from the beach. With living room/kitchen (bicama) + 1 bedroom (suite, double bed), it has all comfort for the guest to save $ and cook on site (stove, fridge and household utensils, barbecue and outdoor laundry). It accommodates up to 4 people. It's in the back of my house. I have 1 dog in the back yard, but there is a gate that divides the edicle of the front house. The car should be parked parallel to the street (quiet neighborhood). Warn about checkin after 9pm, as they will be evaluated.

Hello traveler. Our house is in the back but is super cozy. Only 2 people live in the other house in the yard. We are located in the Center of Matinhos, on the street of the Igreja Matriz and Praça Central de Matinhos. Near the house, you will find a market, bakeries, cafes, and you can walk to these places. The beach is 900 meters from our space and the boardwalk with a wide variety of shops to stroll is a few meters away. I'm sure you'll love our space and our location.

On the first floor, there is a bathroom and kitchen. On the second floor is the living room/bedroom, which has a 32-inch smart TV, 3 double beds, and only 1 fan. ATTENTION!! Guest environment in a separate area with swimming pool, garage, electronic gate, air-conditioning, security cameras and garden near the beach, market, shops, pharmacy and hospital. Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, bedroom with two single beds that form a double bed. Take a break and unwind in this peaceful space. Note: We have a cat and a dog, so there are screens on the windows and a separate area for the dog.
