The house has 4 rooms with air conditioning and views of the pool, with individual accesses through the leisure area, thus guaranteeing greater privacy to the guests. The spa has a whirlpool, the pool is large with a beach. The kitchen is complete with barbecue and island and is equipped with all the utensils. Events only with authorization.

The house, opened in 2016, sleeps up to 20 people, and is literally located on the side of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no red tape. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two bathrooms, two large balconies and a barbecue. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always nice, but if necessary all the suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.
