I really want to thank the hosts the accommodation I have nothing to say modern beautiful new furniture clean building even remotely it responds very quickly you are not alone there is transportation nearby if you want to walk more commercial the beach and just a 3-minute walk the most swimming pools above the roof frankly I wait but I will come back my mother was very surprised since it was for her this trip and very satisfied and will come back there are several modern accommodations around the beaches of Torrevieja. I was surprised they had beach chair to loan at apartment. Everything was nice except ventilation in a toilet. Time to get that done to get spotless review.

Awesome modern apartment. Huge balcony and sun terrace. Clean and spotless throughout. Made great use of the 2 pools and the gym which were always quiet. Great for a peaceful and relaxing trip away. This is the 3rd Oasis apartment complex we have stayed in and I think this was the best one yet. Highly recommend.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Fantastic apartment in a great location with spectacular views. Isabella was very accommodating regarding check in and check out, and very friendly. Apartment just like the description and had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, home from home. we would definitely recommend this apartment and Santa Pola to friends and family and will certainly return in the future. Could not have wished for a better place stay.

Nice apartment with a fantastic view

Alicante apartment in the old town is a prime spot. Amazing views morning and evening and super close to eateries and bars. Well worth staying and a little different being carved into rock.

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

María and her husband Cosme where very approachable and very quick to respond to any questions that needed answered. the property was very accessible to the beach 5 minutes walk, tram station 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants, museums 15 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen with a easy to use washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven and microwave. would definitely recommend

Thank you for the warm welcome and the quality of the service. Alena was very responsive. Santa Pola is a lively town, surrounded by beautiful beaches, with a pretty marina, and must-see activities, like sea shuttles to the island of Tabarca. Its historic center is typical of the cities of the Valencia region. We rented a car and had no trouble finding free parking nearby. The apartment is only a 15 minute drive from the airport.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It's in a great location and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. CB Living even organised our airport transfers which were great, excellent service all around. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with all the amenities and amazing view. 10 min walk to old town and all it has to offer. Beach just minutes walk. Included parking was great and secure. Host was super to deal with, personalized walk through of the place and all functions. couldn't be happier with our 1 week stay.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.
