Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

Apartment perfectly located. Beautiful view of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. In the apartment we had everything we expected. The host was very polite and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Pepe and Vero were really nice and friendly. We asked for extra towels which came the next day. The apartment is in a good location with a tram station right nearby. I highly recommend the restaurant located in the building. We had a great trip and will definitely be back.

The house was very spacious, bright and clean, it also has a fantastic terrace for breakfast. On top of the building, there is also a large terrace with a beautiful view of the castle, which you can access. Miguel was also a fantastic host: the house had everything you could need, including products for women such as pads and makeup remover pads; he also gave us great advice on the beaches and allowed us to check in as early as the morning. Fantastic experience that I absolutely recommend.

The beach is so close and there is a 24/7 shop 50 m away so everything in a close proximity. The elevator was a bit small max 3 ppl but it works fine.

Lago and Alba are perfect hosts, considerate of tourists and caring. The accommodation was really clean and well equipped. The residential area is quiet and a 10-minute walk from the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and even two different beaches. Very easy way to communicate with the host. Small delicacies are a pleasant surprise on the day of arrival. I definitely recommend it!

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I recommend this place 100%!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in Martina's apartment. It was easy to locate and only a short walk from the airport bus stop (Puerta del Mar) which we used to transfer from Alicante Airport. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Tram Line 5 stop with the same name. The apartment is very close to the excellent beach and numerous restaurants. The lift to Santa Barbara Castle is also only a few minutes away. We took the lift in the evening when it was less busy and walked back down. The apartment is spacious and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Martina responds very quickly to any concerns although we did not need to trouble her. I recommend the apartment and would stay again.

Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Lovely place, everything you need was available in the villa, to a high standard. Don was extremely helpful. However you definitely need access to a car.

Monika is a great host, very responsive. The accommodation is clean, functional, an exceptional view of the sea. Everything was perfect. The exteriors, gardens, swimming pools all remain clean Great value for money. I 1000% recommend Monika's apartment

Very warm house, the host is very attentive and equipped with all the daily needs, there are things that may be used to go to the sea, besides the network is a little unstable, everything is very nice, the host is patient and friendly, the response is very timely, let us leave a good memory in Alicante
