Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Guardamar del Segura

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Fantastic villa with everything you could ever need! Host was amazing at helping with taxis etc into Benidorm and from place to place. Overall beautiful stay and would come back in a heartbeat !!

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

Family of 13, of which 8 adults and 5 children (from 0-6 years), had a fantastic stay in this house and place. The house and outdoor area looked much nicer than the pictures in the ad. The children frolicked in the heated pool, and so did the adults. The outdoor kitchen was in use every day. Walking distance to a great beach, restaurants and playgrounds. We rented cars so it was easy to get to Mercadona. Peter responded quickly. Nice hosts at check-in and check-out. Everyone agreed that they would like to return to the house. Regards, Sonja

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. I can highly recommend the accommodation. It is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also very close and the tram connection to the center of Alicante is also very good.

I am extremely satisfied with my place at Fuencisla's place! In addition to the fact that it was super cozy and that it was in a perfect location in Santa Pola with walking distance to everything, there was everything that you don't think of that you need, all the hygiene products as well as everything to wash dishes and wash clothes. It really gives an extra feeling for good service and something that you appreciate when you stay a shorter stay and you don't have to buy/think about everything like that. The fact that there was no elevator did not do anything for me but can be a problem if you have difficulty with it, because there were a lot of stairs up 😅 but she is also clear about that in the listing. That said, super happy with nice days in the apartment and in cozy genuine Santa Pola 😍🌸

Awesome modern apartment. Huge balcony and sun terrace. Clean and spotless throughout. Made great use of the 2 pools and the gym which were always quiet. Great for a peaceful and relaxing trip away. This is the 3rd Oasis apartment complex we have stayed in and I think this was the best one yet. Highly recommend.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Very nice apartment.

Great communication from Marta and Santiago. Apartment was immaculate, clean and fresh. Very generous amount of coffee pods, water, cold drinks plus a bottle of wine. Bed was really comfortable and air con very efficient. Hosts were extremely helpful in offering us to leave luggage after check-out and also helping us find the diverted route for the airport bus (big festival so usual bus route had changed). For a little casual bar / restaurant- we liked Trisurco at the far end of the beach. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Alicante.

Super comfortable and clean apartment. We appreciate the elevator and having the car cool in the garage. The beach is very close, you turn the street and you are already in the sand. Quiet area and close to the promenade. It's been a great vacation! At night you can easily create a breeze to stay cool and if you have very hot days, the central air conditioning works wonderfully.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Amazing stay at Manuels apartment Everything was perfect Manuel and his wife go above and beyond for you I managed to get lost and he got me back safely I would highly reccomend a stay here I will definately be back!

Excellent apartment. Clean, equipped with all comforts, two neat bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning works well. The roof terrace is great and there are plenty of chairs. We were 2 people. Swimming pool is wonderful and warm enough in June. The crowds were not too bad because not all the houses were occupied. There are some restaurants within walking distance (10 - 12 minutes). The only tip is that there may be a parasol or canopy on the roof terrace. Then I would give the apartment a 10, now a 9.5.

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!
