lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

Très belle maison bien conçue qui permet d'avoir chacun sa salle de bain et ses toilettes, cuisine très spacieuse et très pratique pour les repas à domicile, extérieur très calme avec une superbe piscine qui permet de bien de reposer.

This place was amazing. The views were to die for. We ate every meal on the terrace. The street is a photographer’s dream. Everything in the home was well appointed. Great place!

super recomendado pascual un amor de persona. no le importo acercase hasta la casa ayudarnos con un percance que tuvimos. la casa super cómoda fresca espaciosa limpia y con fácil aparcamiento. las fiestas del pueblo las recomiendo SUPER. fue un fin desemana increíble gracias Pascual por todos los sitios que allí en el pueblo nos recomendó para ir a comer. y por toda tu atención. un abrazo

Der Aufenthalt in diesem schönes kleinen Haus war sehr schön. Das Bad ist ganz neu mit bodentiefer Dusche, perfekt für ältere Menschen. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und einfach. Tolle Gastgeber, ich komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. La casa estaba totalmente equipada y muy limpia. La piscina la hemos disfrutado muchísimo porque el viaje era familiar con distintas edades y necesidades y ha dado cobertura a todas ellas. La casa es muy espaciosa, las habitaciones también, con armarios grandes. Es una zona residencial donde hay que coger el coche para todo, pero en nuestro caso que íbamos a descansar y difrutar de la casa, no ha supuesto ningún inconveniente. La ocmunicación con el anfitrión ha sido muy rápida y fluida. Volveremos seguro. Muchas gracias

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

Benko responded very quick via rbnb and whatts app. Early check in was possible without further paymant. A car was included by renting his house. We only had to pay for the pick up service to/from the airport. The deposit you have to pay was restored at my bankaccount in one day. So nice house, clean swimming pool and big playing area around the house. Tip: some extra towels for the swimming pool. Conclusion: great house and Benko: great service, trustfull and very reliable.

Venninnegjeng på 6 hadde et fantastisk opphold i det utrolig flotte huset til Stig! Fin uteplass, gode solsenger og basseng. Gode soverom og bad. Bra kjøkken. Ellers var vi lite innendørs. Fin beliggenhet i et stille og rolig område. Eneste vi savnet var en brødkniv og en parasoll/pergola 😅 Stig er en veldig fin og imøtekommende vert, svarte raskt på spørsmål og gav gode tips til restauranter. Lite tips til andre reisende; legg inn god tid for å få tak i taxi! Vi koste oss veldig, og leier gjerne huset ved en annen anledning!! ❤️🤩🍾

Great Family Holiday in Villamartin! "We recently spent 7 wonderful days in this lovely apartment in Villamartin, Spain, with our two kids. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was very clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. We found everything we needed – from kitchen essentials for cooking to a hairdryer and even beach chairs and an umbrella. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The beach is within walking distance, as well as shops for groceries. We felt really comfortable and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

A great apartment . Host was fantastic! Highly recommend, located in a perfect Spanish town. A beautiful place to stay. I shall be booking again. The apartment was very spacious with an added benefit of a roof terrace. Great communication from the start!

Great communication from Christine/Claude throughout, the property is very well equipped (it has everything !) for large families and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool & hot tub & outdoor area in general is fantastic for relaxing or playing (ping pong, darts, table football..) before or after the beach. Indoors the air con is a great relief on hot days, TV and sofa area good for relaxing and verry well equipped kitchen. Separate drinks fridge available outside for beers so plenty of space for food. Huge BBQ is great! Property is in a very quiet peaceful location, supermarkets & majority of bars & restaurants are a 20 minute walk, a car would be helpful but taxis are available if you don't like walking. The bar on the beach is great for drinks, Cafe Makai for brunch & Cassa Manalo for dinner/takeaway are all a 5/10 min walk. We all loved our stay and look forward to returning one day! Thanks 🙏🏼

Diese Wohnung gehörte einmal meinem Vater und wir haben früher sehr viel Zeit dort verbracht. Daher war es für mich von besonderer Bedeutung, gerade hier meine Zeit zu verbringen. Und ich freue mich außerordentlich, daß alles in so gute Hände übergegangen ist. Auch wenn es leider nicht geklappt hat uns persönlich zu begegnen, so habe ich in Carlos einen unglaublich herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Menschen und Gastgeber kennengelernt, der innerhalb kürzester Zeit freundlich antwortet und absolut zuverlässig ist. Wohnung und Ausstattung waren wie beschrieben... und der Ausblick ist und bleibt einfach wundervoll. Gerne komme ich wieder, wenn ich noch einmal in Erinnerungen schwelgen und eine Zeit ohne Massen von Touristen verbringen möchte... und natürlich, um die Palme zu gießen 😉 Lieber Carlos, ich danke Dir für diese "Erinnerungen" und wünsche Dir von Herzen alles erdenklich Liebe und Gute

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. küche hat alles zu bieten. Bett war komfortabel. Nah zum Meer. Tolle Dachterrasse. Rundum sorglos Paket. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, en primera línea de playa. El edificio es antiguo pero la vivienda está reformada y bien cuidada.

schönes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit einer gemütlichen kleinen Terrasse. wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. besonders der kurze weg zum Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war sehr persönlich.

Great property with everything we could need. Pool was perfect and peaceful. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Ria our key holder was helpful responsive and knowledgeable. The Villa is beautiful get away for a restful holiday. But close enough to Mercia and Torrevieja to explore. Thank you Henk great property all round. We will be back.
