Ideal house for trips in large groups of friends or family. Large, integrated spaces and simple yet very comfortable accommodations. Impeccable communication with host (Brazilian Corner), always available to ask questions and provide guidance. Great cost-benefit, we didn't have any problems with hosting.

Our 4 day stay was great! The space is exactly as described in the photos, clean, cozy and with everything we need for a comfortable experience. We were very happy with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The heated pool was an incredible differential, perfect for relaxing at any time! In addition to all of this, we love that our pets were very welcome and felt at home, which made all the difference in our trip. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything, and communication with the hostess Dona Bete has always been quick and efficient. We strongly recommend this place for those looking for a relaxing, spacious, memorable and pet-friendly stay. We can't wait to go back!

The apartment has all the utensils and a little more, super-equipped kitchen. The decoration is in very good taste. Bathroom, shower a delight! I felt at home! The bed is very comfortable and has extra clothes and towels. The open sofa bed gets big and sleeps 2 people if needed. The view is legal because it is high floor and the apartment is very bright by the sun all day, and the blinds are great for reducing the clarity if you want. Mesinha in the gourmet area is super functional for meals, with this view. The condominium pool is huge, very good in my case that I took my daughter. The common areas of the condominium super entertain children. The only point that left to be desired was the lack of PROTECTION NETS in the windows of the apartment, since we're talking about 20°. And for that reason I also praised the air conditioning that helped in this case of closed windows all the time! Condômino, full of security. Shopping on the same sidewalk, about 7 min walking Come back for sure!

The apartment is super well-equipped, clean and very well-decorated, exactly as in the photos. The location is also excellent, very close to Shopping Maia and with easy access to various services. The building has a great structure, with 24-hour concierge and services that make the stay even more comfortable. Fernanda is a wonderful host — very attentive, proactive and always available to help with whatever is needed. The only downside is the noise coming from the busy avenue nearby. Even though it is on a high floor, the tower in which the apartment is located ends up picking up a lot of external sound. Still, the experience as a whole was very positive!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
