Monthly Rentals in Guatuso de Patarrá

The best place we've visited in SJ! The place was clean when we arrived. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking is ideal in these rainy seasons. The place is perfectly equipped. Having 1 and 1/2 bathrooms is super convenient. It will definitely become our #1 in East SJ.

Loanna and Pablo were spectacular hosts, they even helped me with unforeseen situations, and they solved them very kindly, the apartment is in a very quiet and accessible area. It was easy to get to the places we wanted to visit and the security when entering is very good. The apartment had everything we needed to spend our stay in San Jose. You can rest well, there are pets nearby but in general the noise didn't bother us. I thank you for your attentions, I felt at home. I 100% recommend your apartment. We hope to return soon. The house was clean and had enough to live a long season, if needed. It's not big, but it doesn't stay small either. The common areas were very well maintained, with explanations in all of them about the operation and the rules. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures. Some more sunbeds would be appreciated. The gym had a good variety. Nearby to the apartment there is a supermarket and some restaurants.
