Beautiful half-timbered house, in a separate wing on Vigegården at Vigehavn in Svaneke. The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

"The Workshop" in exclusive Melsted close to the beach

"Værkstedet" is a unique holiday home set up in the original merchant's farm at the entrance to the town. The place is both raw and rustic with good finesse. It is tastefully furnished with grandfather's old planing bench from 1918 as a dining table and some old artefacts mixed with today's comfort.
