The house is located in scenic surroundings with a short distance to a lovely beach 🏖️☀️ The house is modern without being flashy. It has several good outdoor rooms and there are tables and chairs, sun loungers, hammock, benches, gas grill and fireplace. If you like to play, there are various board games, badminton, ladder golf, kings' games, etc. There is a rich wildlife in and around the garden where there are often visits by deer, squirrels, hares and owls.

Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. Gudmindrup beach with toilet facilities and lifeguards in the high season. @sommerhusgolfvej

The nicest place in the world! Beautiful year-round cottage with walking distance to a lovely beach with the most beautiful sunsets at Sejerø Bay. Large, lovely lush garden of 1300 m2, with plenty of room for ball games, croquet, badminton, barbecue or just to relax. The area is perfect for long walks and bike rides. There are 5 bicycles. 2 large bedrooms both with double beds 180x200. Large newly-built Annex with room for 3 sleeping guests. Beautiful bathroom and newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher.

Huset har 4 soveværelser og plads op til 9 gæster + babyseng. Tre værelser har dobbeltsenge, og det fjerde har en dobbeltseng og en enkeltseng - ideelt for familier flere par. Ca. 10 minutters gang til stranden.

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks

This authentic thatched-roof guest house is right next to the main host house. It is a peaceful, simple and relaxing oasis for a short weekend or summer vacation in nature. This guest house is for those who want to relax, take long walks in a forest or walk all the way to the beach nearby. The guest house is part of the main hosts' home area, and it is a remote place, yet easy to reach from cities like Copenhagen (just over 1 hour's drive).

Guest house in this beautiful location, secluded from roads and neighbors, where nature can be experienced up close with rich bird and animal life, which has its own entrance, toilet/bath and sauna. Here is a renovated building with visible beams and hems that invites you to really cozy moments with a stove. The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.

Her er KUN udendørs brus - som kun kan anvendes hvis der ikke er frost! Udenfor er en overdækket og møbleret terrasse, hvor kaffen kan nydes i læ. Sommerhuset ligger 11 km fra hyggelige Nykøbing Sjælland.
