Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

We were very well received by Odile. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. We had a great stay with sea views. Occasionally, we'll come back.

We had a great stay at Kevin and Mickaël's! Really friendly hosts, a very clean studio, which keeps cool in the hot weather. There is also good bedding! From the accommodation, everything is done on foot or by bike.

In total agreement with the positive comments of the other visitors: you can go there with your eyes closed. A significant advantage: the private parking space, especially in high season. In short, an ideal holiday destination. Also worth mentioning: the excellent sound insulation of the bay windows, and the entire building, which is very quiet. A great apartment!

Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. I highly recommend this listing!

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and pets which is our case). 5 minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it

Great stay with the sun on top. The beach is a few hundred yards away, so is the village. You can get everywhere on foot. If it ever rains the kid part is a plus.

We had a great time at Myriam's place. The house is very nice and very well-equipped, nothing is missing. The location is fabulous with great views and direct access to the coastal trail. We'll be happy to go back!

Very good stay. The house is nice and well-equipped. On June 15, Batz is still quiet. The wild coast is very beautiful. You can walk for a very long time on the GR34. Batz is well located to radiate in the surroundings.

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! Very well located accommodation at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and on the edge of the pretty beach of Kerfontaine.... Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the supply by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.
