Cannot recommend Jean François' place enough! I am definitely staying here again should I return to Rennes for another visit. A super private flat in the city center. Easy to find, easy to navigate within the building as well as felt very secure. The place was very clean and comfortable. Jean François was very communicative and helpful with checking in. Very happy with my stay.

I came as part of a training nearby, the accommodation was quiet to study, in a pleasant environment. The space has everything you need and is comfortable. Marie-Annick is available if needed, she came to welcome me when I arrived in front of her house. I'll be back!!

This apartment is perfect in every way: super clean, well-equipped, spacious, with a private terrace and close to everything. Vincent and Fred were present when we arrived and allowed us to take possession of the place earlier. We have nothing but good words for this place and highly recommend it. Our stay at Sophie's apartment was very nice. The premises were accurate to the description and everything you needed was available. We particularly liked the proximity to the center (which can be easily reached on foot) and the calm of the neighborhood. Sophie was a responsive host and was able to help us when we needed it. In addition, the apartment is modern and very comfortable and allows, thanks to its parking beach, to spend a stay in peace.

A charming apartment that is very quiet and very safe. This is on the edge of old town with many great places to eat. The apartment has everything we needed and Isabelle was very helpful with instructions and recommendations on places to eat. We would be very comfortable coming back to stay again!

Very peaceful accommodation, with a jacuzzi that is a real asset. We really enjoyed the presence of the birds in front of the accommodation. The city is quiet and has the necessary shops for a perfect weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

Hi, Julien and Alexandra are incredibly kind, very responsive and fully invested. Regarding housing, I⭐️ only put 5 because I couldn't put more. Everything was perfectly in line with the photos. You can go with your eyes closed . I'm already looking for my next date.

We spent 2 nights in the Soleil Levant room which is tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the surrounding environment and enjoyed the jacuzzi as well as the sauna available to us in the common areas. Jessica's welcome and communication were very warm. We recommend it 200%.

Could not say enough about how wonderful this place is if I had 10,000 characters available. Exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail was charming, thoughtful, and well maintained. The garden is stunning and natural, not cluttered with decorations but rather elegantly designed with plants and vines. The pool is beautiful. Sophie greeted us upon arrival and was so kind and welcoming. They have just the right amount of amenities to keep you entertained but allow you to sit back and relax. Incredible value here - we will be back!
