La casa di Simonetta è molto accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, dove comunque c’è un piccolo centro commerciale e la fermata dell’autobus. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo Airbnb ☺️

Outstanding villa that will take you back in time and a beautiful walking path that will clear your mind from a busy city life. You will enjoy the stars on a clear night, witness beautiful sunsets and appreciate the sounds of nature. Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. It was an amazing experience and if your planning to visit Italy and staying outside of Rome, we highly recommend Casal Romito!

Great, quiet spot. In a funny spot between a major road (which you cannot hear) and the ancient aqueduct so you need to walk 5-10 mins for public transport or busy commercial area, otherwise great accomodation!

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

We loved our stay here! The location was walkable to the Vatican, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Our flight arrived at 6:30, and we were able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. He also arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and the driver was so kind to drop us off at a coffee shop around the corner from the airbnb, where we could wait until 10am when we checked in. The little patio was a nice bonus to relax after a long day in the city. We had everything we needed for 5 adults. Highly recommend!

David couldn’t have been a better host, being very friendly and offering extra services that mad our stay comfortable. the place was very large, very clean and had everything you need. The Added touches give the place so much charm and we wish we stayed longer.

Simonetta e Max sono stati host davvero gentili e cordiali, rendendosi sin da subito molto disponibili. L'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, piccolo ma curato in ogni dettaglio e molto probabilmente pulito. È un'oasi di relax immersa nel verde con tante attività a disposizione per intrattenere sia umani sia amici a quattro zampe! Ringrazio in particolare gli host per avermi donato una splendida giornata di compleanno. Ritornerò molto volentieri a soggiornare a Villa Bovari!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay at the villa with the family, didn’t want to leave. 2 adults 4 kids. Had everything we needed and more. Lovely quiet area, close to shop, beach and bars. 1hr to Rome via bus and train. (Get the right bus tickets) Bus to and from airport was super easy and only cost €1.50 each Simonetta was great with communication, couldn’t have asked for more.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Stefano place is simply paradise, full of nature, serenity and convenience . We had opportunity to stay with our team to enjoy and group up our business achievements. I recommend Stefano place to all families, friends and business visitors to have great time.

Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. Mettez vos smartphones de côté, profitez du temps et du moment présent, qui rappellent une époque magnifique et précieuse, une époque qui n’existe plus aujourd’hui. O apartamento superou nossas expectativas. Confortável, prático, muito limpo. Condomínio top, tudo perfeito! Cozinha completa, com muitos ítens de café da manhã. Estacionamento próprio, com segurança. O anfitrião Andrea muito gentil e atencioso. Podemos indicar esse espaço com muita convicção! Grazie per tutti!!!

Franchement nous avons passé un bon moment chez stephano, c’était impeccable et sympa. Pas loin du métro dans une résidence privée avec pas mal de stationnement. Proche des commerces.

Un solo aggettivo......stupenda, una casa veramente fornita di ogni accessorio, pulita, arredata con gusto e molto accogliente. La posizione è davvero strategica per chi vuole visitare Roma e dintorni, noi siamo stati ospiti di Alessandra per 3 giorni, preferiamo spostarci a piedi quindi parcheggiata l'auto nel posto riservato antistante l'abitazione abbiamo utilizzato la metro poco distante. Sulla via principale trovate tutti i servizi, supermercati, farmacia, bar, pizzeria, ecc ecc, raggiungibili anche a piedi per chi non avesse l'auto ovviamente considerando le giuste distanze. L'host Alessandra è sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. In conclusione......davvero un'ottima soluzione di alloggio.

Le logement de Alessio est parfait vous avez de tout et plus et on pense que c'est trop loin de Rome mais non détrompez-vous on as passé 4 jours dans se logement et le trajet pour aller a Rome est tres facile on fait un trajet de 15 a 20 minutes en auto jusqu'à un stationnement qui coute 1,50e par jours et on prend le métro pour Rome pour un autre 10 minutes super simple et facile. Je recommande se logement bon prix et parfait. Merci Alessio pour le bon service.
