Lovely and spacious character house in a quiet location but very convenient for major attractions. House was very clean and tidy and superbly equipped. Julie our host was amazingly responsive and flexible despite it being Hogmanay. Great for dog walking down by the River Tay and not far to St Andrews and Fife beaches. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay, host was really friendly and helpful, close to transport links so a great place for exploring the area.

We had a 2 night stay at Little Rosslyn with our dog Benji. It was like a home from home, peaceful & comfortable & with everything we needed. Plenty of walks near by & Airntully dog park a short drive away. The home made cookies were delicious & fresh milk.

We absolutely loved our stay here. great start to our Scotland trip. I wish we had stayed longer!
