Monthly Rentals in Güímar

Excellent location and beautiful view of the beach from two terraces. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed being able to walk to the market, restaurants, panadería and heladería. Away from the hustle of the touristic sites but still very fun to stay. Would absolutely stay there again. Just one side note: the stair to the second floor is narrow and it would be hard for people with mobility issues and somewhat unsafe for young children.

Comfortable and easy stay.

We had a great time in Puertito de Guimar and were sad to leave this lovely space! Check in and check out were smooth, and Miguel very kindly let us check in a few hours early. It was nice to be met in person and shown around. The apartment itself is very functional (great kitchen, good shower), clean, and spacious. Having the split level makes it feel even more comfortable, and it was nice to have a separation between the living space / bedroom, and the working area. The terrace upstairs is much larger than the photos suggest and there was more than enough space for us to go yoga, as well as lie on the loungers and enjoy breakfast on the sofa. My partner particularly loved the balcony by the bedroom, from which you can hear the sea. The town is small but has everything you need, as well as a lovely pier to swim from. We loved our daily five minute walk 'into town' by the sea. You're also only half an hour from La Laguna which is beautiful and has plenty going on.

We stayed at Maria Sonia apartment for 3.5 weeks and I can only agree with the other positive reviews. The apartment is clean, spacious, quietly located and equipped with all necessary things. The communication with Maria Sonia was reliable and timely and we would be warmly welcomed by her at the key handover. Apartment has good wifi. The parking situation in the street in front of the house is more difficult, but there is a gr parking lot where we always found a place. By the way, there are also the garbage containers. Very close to the apartment there are 2 supermarkets and the beach promenade and the Malpais of Guimar are also very close. We enjoyed the stay so much that we will be happy to return to Maria Sonia apartment!
