Holiday rentals with beach access in Gulf Breeze

Gary was very responsive to our inquiries! The place is just like the pictures. Short drive to lots of shops/restaurants and Pensacola Beach.

I loved Jays place! It was so convenient and so close to all the restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We also loved using the gym and hot tub. They even went out of their way to help us get a package delivered to our airbnb that we forgot at home. 10/10 must stay

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Olga’s condo! It was peaceful, beautiful, and lots of fun! The walk to the beach was easy! The patio view of the pool and palm trees was really cute! Very secure and perfect for our 5 day/4 night stay! Easy communication and we really had no problems or questions at all! Washer / dryer and ice maker were nice “extras” to have! Thank you so much for the wine and late check out accommodations!

This was a great place to stay, within walking distance of the beach and places to eat. The host was very responsive and provided excellent instructions for our arrival, and was flexible when we decided to bring a few young family members for their first beach trip. Very clean and comfortable!

Loved the condo and location. Wished we discovered the cart room upon arrival (next to the elevator), but used one to leave.

This is home away from home! Very clean and comfy. We hung out in the sun porch most of the time, played games and had so much fun. The area is beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar etc. and there was coffee and creamer! I really appreciate this, you will not find this in most AIRBNB, s.

We had a wonderful stay! Had a hiccup with the ac and they were super quick to get it resolved. House was amazing, location was great! Close to the beach and restaurants. All the beach gear was amazing and the bikes were used daily by our adult children. Lovely place and hosts!!!!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The surrounding area was equally stunning and peaceful. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was my first time in Florida, and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

Everything was just as described. It felt very clean and well prepared for our visit. It was exactly what my family of 4 needed. And we had grandma too! Plenty of towels, and beds were comfortable. Useful kitchen with everything we needed after a grocery run. Would def stay again!

Great place close beach and local spots yet plenty of privacy and quiet! Even caught an awesome view of the blue angels flying low enough it felt like I could touch them!

Absolutely loved our stay at Leon’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. Leon was an amazing host—very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. This was my family’s first time in Florida. I looked for a long time for just the right spot to accommodate the 5 of us. This was perfect! The view was spectacular. Laura was very responsive to all of my questions and gave great recommendations for our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Her directions were clear and easy to follow. If we find ourselves back in Gulf Breeze Florida, we would stay here again. And I definitely hope we find ourselves back there. Thank you, Laura for being a a great hostess!!

We had a great stay! The furniture is nice and comfortable and he provided necessities like k cup coffees, soap, shampoo, face wash, etc. We loved the views and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, across the road from boardwalk and restaurants. Beautiful space and very tastefully decorated. Great balcony as well. Kichen was well equipped. Had a great time in Pensacola. Would definitely stay at Tim's place again.

Great location and close to everything we needed. Awesome little private beach on the sound side, perfect for our little kids. Place was very clean, comfortable secure. We are already discussing a return visit!

We had a wonderful short visit to Perdido Key and the Purple Parrot. I love that pool! Our unit was spotlessly clean and fresh and very comfortable. We slept so good. We loved how close it was to one of our favorite restaurants, The Fisherman’s Corner. But, being so close to Johnson’s Beach is the cherry on top! Thank y’all so much and we will be back soon.

The home was beautiful, located just steps from the water, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach! Marci was very responsive, kind, and accommodating! I hope our next vacation dates are available to stay again!!

I booked this listing as a fairly last-minute trip. I wanted a good value, great location, and a good cancellation policy, which is hard to find, but even more so at the last minute. I couldn't be happier with our experience. The space was a little bit cozier than I am accustomed to, but no one in my family minded in the slightest. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and convenient to both the sound and the Gulf. The master bed was super comfy. There were red flag conditions almost every day, so being able to go out back and swim in the sound was really convenient. The owners were troubleshooting an issue while I was there, and were absolutely the nicest people. Right next door is a kayak/beach chair/etc. rental place, and just to the west is Fort Pickens (which was amazing). We got to see the Blue Angels flying every day. Just down the street is Peg Leg Pete's, which was the best meal we ate. Great price, great owners, great location.
