Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Rosa County

We loved staying in this building, it is a much quieter end of Navarre (which is already a quieter beach) It was easy to get down to the beach quickly! We had a great visit and always love Navarre!!

I'd originally shied away from 'suites within a private home' thinking there would be common areas, but to my delight this was not the case! My unit was all self contained with my own entry, full kitchen (with an electric kettle!!!) and bath. The 'bedroom' area was right inside the door, with a nice sized dresser and very large TV. There were 2 recliners (loved those) and a lovely window seat. The hosts even provided a wardrobe for hanging clothes if you didn't need/use the dresser or just live out of your suitcase. :-D The kitchen was well laid out and had all the necessary pots/pans, etc. The bathroom was well stocked and had all the necessary items plus extras if you forgot something like shampoo or soap. The neighborhood was quiet and the walking paths and parks in the area were deilghtful. The hosts were very informative and responsive. If I need a short term rental in the area I would definitely rebook this unit and/or look for another of their units.

Very very quiet neighborhood! We were close to town, but it felt secluded. The place was very clean, & had everything we needed. Included an umbrella, beach chairs and other accessories that were nice to use! Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Nelson is a great host, the house was perfect, and the location was so convenient to everything we did. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Excellent stay

We had a very peaceful and quiet stay. It was our anniversary weekend and Staci was very accommodating. She even let us have a bit of a late check out which was so nice. The place was very clean and just what we needed for the weekend! We would definitely stay here again!

This is home away from home! Very clean and comfy. We hung out in the sun porch most of the time, played games and had so much fun. The area is beautiful and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oil, vinegar etc. and there was coffee and creamer! I really appreciate this, you will not find this in most AIRBNB, s.

I cannot say enough good things about Nancy and her home! The home was exactly as described. Very clean, not cluttered! Nancy left detailed instructions as well as a long list of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. She also let us know about the flags on the beach and what to watch for with rip tides. Very kind of her to be concerned about our well being. The home had everything we needed and then some! From laundry detergent to paper plates and more! Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were so comfortable! We loved our stay here and would come back if we ever visit the area again!

John was a wonderful host!!! I would definitely stay again. The house is very nice and has everything you need. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet!! All the neighbors were very friendly and spoke passing by on their boats as well as when we passed by on ours!! They even recommended places to fish and that was very helpful.

Awesome vacation. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything you’d want. The host is super friendly and helpful. Communication is so good, never had to ask a question. It’s like my mind was being read. Every question I may have had was answered beforehand. We were sent clear instructions for everything starting with directions on how to find the place, exactly how to get inside, and what to do when checking out. Place was well stocked with everything we needed to get started and is very clean. We felt at home from the moment we opened the door. The grill and fire pit is a great extra along with some beach stuff including towels. Also had some good DVDs in case of a rainy day. They thought of everything! We felt more like family guests than tenants. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and extremely close to the beach. Thank you guys for making our 35th anniversary perfect! We hope to stay here again next summer.

Everything was perfect! My family and I enjoyed our stay and the home. We will definitely come back soon. We felt right at home, I would give this home 1000 stars if I could. Thanks again for making our Spring break vacation enjoyable

Colton’s place was amazing , my wife and I had to do a last minute check in late at night and Colton was nice enough let us stay at his beautiful home and it was perfect. We only wish we had more time to spend there before we had to come home. But we would love to stay there again.

We had a blast on this vacation. We came into a clean house with lots of things to use. We were only 6 minutes from the beach and surrounded by really nice restaurants with only being 30minutes to an hour from bigger cities. We drove an hour and a half to the Silver Sand Mall and it was awesome! A nice 4 and a half day get away from home!

This condo is wonderful for a couple of family with small children. Walk out the sliding doors to the sound. Very comfortable memory foam bed. The condo was very welcoming from the moment we walked in.

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to this area. thank you Mike!!!

Kayla’s condo is absolute immaculate with stunning views of the ocean. She is a tremendous host and will definitely stay here again the next time we come down. I would also recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach vacation.

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

We had an absolutely amazing week at this condo in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect home base for a week full of palaborating (our own word for relaxing, playing, and exploring), and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The view was gorgeous, and sipping coffee on the patio was a daily highlight. Beach access was super convenient, and we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and paddling. We also had a great time trying out local restaurants—so many delicious seafood spots within a short walk. And one of the unexpected highlights was catching a Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game. The stadium has a great vibe, and watching a game by the water added a unique twist to the week. All in all, this condo was the perfect setting for a week of sunshine, sand, good food, and fun. We’d definitely rent it again!

The location honestly couldn’t be better—super convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. Do *not* skip out on Peg Leg Pete’s! The condo was fine overall, but it could use some updates. Nothing major, just a bit dated. Still, it had everything we needed and I’d definitely recommend it! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Stayed here with my fiancé and my two kids (3) and (6) for a weekend beach trip. The location was beautiful and private, however we were staying on the second flight of stairs and the neighbors downstairs under our unit came up to tell us they can hear all of the walking from our unit so it made the trip feel stressful like my kids couldn’t walk around comfortably. Other than that everything was excellent! Beautiful beach views!

We had a great stay at Andy's place in Pensacola! Everything was great; I have no complaints at all! Check-in and check-out were easy, and the place was clean and accommodating. Andy was a great, friendly, and responsive host. I would definitely recommend it!
