The spacious, two level 4bdrm 3ba home, has 3 king beds & bonus room with a queen bed, 2x full beds and 2x twin beds is the ideal location for your family vacation on the beach!

We are pet friendly !! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Villa. All you need to bring is swim suits, beach chairs and sand buckets ! TV's in every room, fully stocked kitchen complete with the blender and a Keurig for the morning after ! Open covered front and rear porch, complemented with a camp style BBQ grill in the completely fenced in back yard.

Brand new construction completed in 2024 - the Outlook on Oleander. Just a 90-second walk to beach access at 4th Street. Three stories for stellar views! Our family has had a home in Mexico Beach since the '70s and we are proud to have rebuilt post-Michael! Come enjoy the forgotten coast and get away from it all. Snowbirds welcome. Due to the layout of our home, guests younger than 8 are not recommended. There are 3 flights of stairs - kitchen/living on third floor.

It is 2 blocks from the beach, a easy 5 min walk or short bike ride to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf coast. This home features all the amenities such as bikes (including two ELECTRIC bikes), 2 paddle boards, and a 6-seater golf cart all included!
