Between the Beach & the Lagoon - across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.

This home offers endless activities, Including Volleyball, cornhole, kayaking ( two kayaks at the property available for you to use!), and ring toss!! Don’t forget about swimming in the in ground pool, all while the sandy beaches are just a 10 minute drive away! There is also a dock that allows you to fish and lay out in the sun! Welcome to Tide Down! This charming cottage offers lagoon access, a 5–10 min paved walk to the beach, plus 2 bikes and 3 kayaks. Sleeps up to 10 with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, bunk beds, queens, and a sleeper sofa. Pet-friendly (max 2). Washer/dryer included. Starter supplies provided. Contactless check-in. Guests must be 22+, some exceptions can be made with $500 deposit, fully refundable pending no damages. Snowbird discounts available.

Unit is on the 4th floor above the 3 level garage.
