Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gull Lake

This is a great place for a smallish group of people (we had 4). The location right on the lake is very pretty and has convenient access. The amenities in the house are quality and the design is lovely. Lots of thoughtful details included. Our group really liked the sheets. The beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. The host was super responsive to any questions that we had. We’d definitely come back. Thanks for everything!!

This spot is a great alternative to standard, blasé budget hotels in the brainerd area. Easy drive to town but feels like you’re out in the country. Great private peaceful spot

Thalina’s house was very nice! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice! She responded quickly to any questions I had. She was very understanding when we had to check out early because of family matters.

We had a great time at the cabin. The house and outdoor area was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We appreciated all the amenities including the hot tub, outdoor seating, beautiful view of the lake, dock, stocked kitchen, large refrigerator, and access to cleaning supplies. There is a bar and grill just a short walk down the road that had friendly staff, good food, and nightly activities. We were there to fish and the lake didn't disappoint us. We caught lots of walleye, large mouth bass, northern pike, crappie, and blue gill. We brought two boats and docked them both for our entire stay. We would happily return.

What a lovely home and beautiful surroundings!! It was very homey and comfortable for our group of 4 on a girlfriend weekend get-a-way - the kitchen and dining area were perfect to spend cooking and eating together! And with it being winter, it was fun to have a bonfire down by the frozen lake! Our host, Donna, was quick to respond and very helpful with whatever we needed. Our group would return in a heart beat!!

Absolutely loved this lakeside home. Saw so much wildlife (beavers, loons, caught lots of fish, and more!). Neighbors were kind and respectful. This area of the lake is tucked off to the side, maintaining a lot of privacy from boaters and other homes. We loved the sunsets and bonfires. The proximity to a large town with lots to do/shop made it easy to get whatever we’d need. Really cannot recommend this place enough as a downtown couple who wanted a peaceful, clean, homey lake getaway. We’ve already decided this will be our go to destination for cabin getaways moving forward!!!!

The Shed was exactly what we needed for our work trip. We were pleased to have very comfy beds and a cozy spot to read each night. Exceeded my expectations.

We stayed here while on a business trip and so it was wonderful to come to this little hidden gem at the end of the day and listen to the frogs and watch the squirrels play. Would have probably been pretty decent fishing but I forgot my rod! The location of the home made you feel like you miles and miles from town, but really it's a really short drive to good coffee and great restaurants!

Maria was the perfect host. I felt safe and comfortable. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. A peaceful reading spot and relaxing kayak ride helped to make a memorable stay. A lucky find!

High quality place. Roomy. Well stocked kitchen. The bike garage is very handy and secure. Had electrical for my eBike. Plenty of linens and towels. Fans: ceiling and oscillating greatly appreciated. Very comfy place to land between epic mtb rides.

We had a great time at our stay! Renae is a fantastic house and made us feel right at home. She was very responsive if we had any questions and was extremely friendly. We recommend staying here if you are in the area! Our dog also loved her stay here!

The place worked well for us. We only needed to stay one night and most places demand a multiple night stay. It was clean and comfortable.

Access to and views of the lake were awesome. Have boat rentals on site was extremely convenient. Very relaxing time enjoyed all amenities. The grill, fire pit and docks.

Gull Lake Beach Resort provided the perfect setting for a memorable family vacation. With its beautiful location, family-friendly activities, and clean accommodations, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Beautiful location and having two queen beds in each room was great! Lots of mosquitos at night so make sure to bring the Deet!! Wish we had more than one night so we could have enjoyed the location and water amenities but had a quick girls golf stay and didn’t get the opportunity. Two gas grills to cook up dinner made it possible to eat in and not have to go to a restaurant which was a bonus.
