Die Souterrainwohnung ist direkt bei uns im Einfamilienhaus und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, welcher vom Garten aus zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist hell und durch den geölten Holzboden sehr charmant. Wer sich über einen Blick in den Garten und das Gackern von 3 Hühnern genauso freut wie wir, dann bist Du bei uns richtig. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
