The terrace goes around the house and there is sun all day. In the winter, enjoy yourself in front of the wood-burning stove and gaze at the stars from inside the living room. Dear guests. Welcome to the 2021 cottage, which meets all the needs for a wonderful holiday all year round with peace, beauty, nature, sandy beach, walks and sun. The house is located in a hilly glacial landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun goes down in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Lovely separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: Kitchen- family room, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with cafe table and chairs. Shopping is less than one kilometer away and located in scenic surroundings. It is possible to borrow a cot and pets are allowed for a fee. If you have older children (up to two), there is the possibility of an air mattress. Surrounding sights: Løvenborg gods, Holbæk city, Istidsruten, Skjoldungene Land and more.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.
