Die Wohnung bietet Gästen eine zentrale, aber ruhige Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu Restaurants, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Parkhaus befindet sich in direkter Nähe, eine bequeme Anreise mit dem Auto ist somit gewährleistet.

We rent our modern furnished apartment with 40 m² of living space. We pay particular attention to hygiene and disinfect after each guest! First floor - 1.5 rooms with kitchenette, bathroom and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a single bed 120 cm x 200 cm in the bedroom and a modern folding couch incl. comfortable mattress topper approx. 120 cm x 190 cm. Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.

Die Wohnung (53qm) befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Hauses, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem separaten Bett, sowie ein Sofa mit Schlaffunktion im Wohnraum (Breite ca 1,30m, für zwei Erwachsene ist es etwas eng, aber ein Erwachsener und ein Kind, bzw für 2 Kinder ist es ausreichend) Über eine Treppe erreicht ihr die Wohnung und könnt im Lichthof gemütlich sitzen und grillen...

Our apartment has a separate entrance and offers a parking space right by the house. Space for up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Pets upon request and for a fee!
