The Domaine Gueguen House is a two bedrooms two bath located 7 minutes from the Chablis, in the middle of chablis vineyard, north Burgundy. This is a place for dreamers to reset, reflect, and create. relaxing in the pool surrounded by chablis vines and a Sun sets starry night sky. We offer tasting of wines from our estate. Warning: Not suitable for the elderly: spiral staircase, difficult to access. The pool is available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The swimming pool is shared with the owners

Bienvenue dans ma maison en bois... Chaleureuse et tout confort, vous pouvez y séjourner pour un week end, quelques jours pour visiter cette belle région ou tout simplement pour des raisons professionnelles... La maison se compose d'une chambre avec un lit 160 ( couchage interdit dans le canapé), d'une pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée et d'une salle d'eau avec douche Une autre construction bois est sur le même terrain mais le jardin et le parking ne sont pas à partager. Chacun sa place 😊

Situé en Bourgogne dans un petit village calme à 20 min d'Auxerre (10 min de la sortie d'autoroute A6 Auxerre nord) , de Chablis,de Joigny à 30 min de Tonnerre, à 50 min de Troyes , à 10 min de la gare de Laroche Migennes et à 2 heures de Paris . Le Mont Saint Sulpice est un village avec boulangerie pâtisserie et un proximarchė.

Small quiet and warm house, located in the heart of the old town (Marine district), with its Mediterranean-style garden without overlooking. Comfortable in summer and winter with its wood fiber insulation and heat pump (air conditioning), it is the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. Shops, restaurants, bars and a theater are nearby. Free parking 5 minutes away, paid parking 2 minutes away (1 hour free). Train station is a 15-minute walk away.

Located along the Bief, in the heart of Chablis, our small typical Burgundy house will welcome you in a charming setting. Its terrace and garden provide a very pleasant outdoor space, perfectly exposed for you to rest. The largest wine estates, as well as the most beautiful panoramas of Chablis, are very close. Composed of two bedrooms, a living area, and a vintage-style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many Chablis restaurants.

Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more.
