Our apartment in the village of Schwarz (Calbe/Saale) is part of an old four-sided courtyard in family ownership. Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

"Unteres Saaletal" churchyard in Dobis

The beautiful clay house is located on a small hill, in the immediate vicinity of the village church. The cozy courtyard offers a wine-covered pergola with plenty of space, as well as sunny breakfast spots in the courtyard or in the garden behind the house. But even in the colder season, the house invites you to linger. For example, by the fireplace in the spacious kitchen or to make music in the piano room with a beautiful view over the village and the nearby manor house. Sole use/detached!

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. This half-timbered house from the 17th century in the UNESCO World Heritage City of Quedlinburg in Saxony Anhalt is a small gem. Couples, friends and small families will find stylish accommodation near the center. In addition to the tasteful, modern decor, the vacation home convinces with its furnishings. On the small terrace you can have a quiet breakfast or spend cozy evenings.

30 sqm studio with private terrace, barbecue and views of the large, shady garden. Due to the location in the annex of the main house (first floor), it is very quiet. A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.

This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the entrance area, next to the daylight bathroom with shower, there is a small kitchenette with dining area for morning breakfast including a view over the old town of Quedlinburg.

This is where you'll find the approximately 98-square-meter apartment, which has plenty of charm. It is bright and inviting, with laminate flooring. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and is stocked with hand towels and bath towels. The apartment has a TV and Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, glasses, silverware, dishes, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, and a coffee maker.

Vaters Haus is a romantic gem in the old craft district. Between the tailor and the butcher, there was a tiny hairdresser here. Eberhard Eisfeld, artist and architecture lover, rebuilt his "snail house" in 10 years so individually that you can still feel the love and his humor today. Roof garden instead of TV, workbench instead of dining table, his old easel in the studio, small luxury with today's self-image. Welcome to the family.
