The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. The S-Bahn and bus stop are a 3-minute walk away. The tram takes 15 minutes to Bielefeld City. Good access to the A2 and A33. Within only a few minutes walking distance you can enjoy the Teutoburg Forest. Café, kiosk and shopping are nearby.

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

The nest in the south of Bielefeld

The lovingly laid out property is located in the attic of a two-family house and is rural. The entire attic is used exclusively by our guests. Shopping by car in 5-10 minutes, public transport is a 5-15 minute walk. By car, it's 10 to 15 minutes to the city of Bielefeld. There is no charge for final cleaning.
