The amenities of the house were quite sufficient, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The equipment in the house is sufficient. A clean, tidy, peaceful place. A suitable place to rest your head. There is a sea view from a distance, but the sunset creates a super view from behind the pool and the olive tree in the garden. The pool's purification system probably makes a small rhythmic sound. It attracts attention because there is not much noise around. The host told us about the closing method, but we didn't close it. It's a great place to stay away from the city rush of Izmir.

This place was a great representation of the original purpose of Airbnb and we felt so comfortable and at home. With one fantastic Aegean sunset here, it's like a penthouse anywhere else. The sunset over the Aegean Sea while enjoying a meal was the most romantic of my life. The host is very responsive and very human. If I visit here again, I will definitely choose this place. Highly recommended for those traveling this way.

Thank you Mr. Umut We had a nice vacation. We found the house comfortable. We didn't have any problems with cleaning. The best feature of the house was that all rooms had air conditioning. It's definitely a great event for the summer. The backyard and front balcony were sufficient for sitting. It was 12 minutes by car to the center. We did not have any problems in transportation because we went by car. It was within walking distance to the beach. It was an environment where you could have a pleasant time with group friends.

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

We stayed for 2 nights and we were very pleased. It was very clean and had a very nice location. Mrs. Gülcan, the host, was very good and very helpful. She was very friendly and met all our needs. We were very pleased. We will go again.

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

Mrs. Berrin and Mr. Kubilay welcomed us very warmly at the entrance. They even reserved a parking space in front of the house for us, we liked these kind thoughts very much. The cleanliness of the house and the amenities it offered were quite good; everything we might need during our vacation was available at home. In terms of location, there are many cafes, restaurants and pubs in the vicinity; it is also a great advantage that it is close to the tram stop for those who do not have a vehicle. The only difficulty is that it can be difficult to find a parking space from time to time due to the structure of the area. But other than that, everything was perfect. They kept in constant contact with us before and during the stay and supported us in every matter. Thank you so much for everything.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. The neighborhood was very good, quiet, and there were grocery stores nearby. All the tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no difficulty in finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches.
