The eccentric cypress house is a house directly remodeled with cypress wood and loess. Stay in the ocher loess room heated by a wood fire in the agungi. Everything for living is brand new. It has a clean toilet and shower. Read a book in the spacious yard and relax with friends or family. Grill provided upon barbecue request.Charcoal. Wire mesh. We offer soybean stew and side dishes made with country soybean paste. The barbecue fee is 30,000 won. Please contact us separately if you want. About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

In the meantime, the lodging was very different from what I had done, so I had a lot of preparation time and trial and error. In fact, it's still in preparation and there are still a lot of homework to solve. Nevertheless, I would like to open it slightly with courage. I thought I wanted to give this space to those who felt this year was exceptionally difficult, like me. :) Nostalgic childhood, friends you miss, old love, mom and dad of your youth.. El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is a location where you can travel to tourist attractions in Gyeongju such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and right next to it, there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (olive) in Hwangnidan-gil.
