After leaving the condominium, there is a river and a walkway within a minute. There is a 30-second bus stop on foot and a convenience store/5-minute grocery store on foot. You can take a city bus to Jungang Market, Chodang, and Anmok Beach. Myeongju-dong (Cafe Street) is a 10-minute walk away.
