Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

Beemte Broekland ligt in een landelijke omgeving tussen Apeldoorn en Deventer. Je houdt van een vintage uitstraling en stille omgeving, zeker 's avonds. De Veluwe en de IJssel zijn goed te bezoeken, maar steden als Zutphen en Zwolle zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Je mag de auto(‘s) bij het woonhuis parkeren. We bieden geen ontbijtservice. The lovingly furnished apartment MarWil is located in a two-family house in a central location, quietly located in a cul-de-sac. The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

Bring your bike or rent a bike in our village or put on your walking shoes to optimally enjoy the Veluwe. Or come and relax and unwind in our tiny house that is equipped with all conveniences. Extra booking: Hot tub € 40.00 wood-fired / Sauna € 25.00 / Breakfast € 17.50 p.p.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.
