Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Paradise in Green Free Street Parking

Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. It is modern and tastefully furnished, with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen including dishes. Internet and TV are included. Blankets, bed linens, and towels are provided.

Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

We offer our completely newly renovated, stylish Munich 2-room apartment (56 sqm) as accommodation. It is located in Bogenhausen, about 2km from the center. Great connection via public transport. Nearest U-Bahn and S-Bahn station is unmarried 200m away, bus stop is right outside the front door. Close to shops.
