The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally.
