The elaborately renovated, listed half-timbered house with 146 square meters is located in the cozy village of Kleinern on the edge of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. With 9 beds, 3 bedrooms, 2 living/bedrooms, 4 shower bathrooms, a beautiful living room with tiled stove, guests have plenty of space. Outside there is a terrace for barbecuing, a bicycle shelter and a parking space. Wi-Fi, 3 flat-screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen, games, books and radios offer the right comfort.

Half-timbered house

Our charming half-timbered house has two bedrooms, a small bathroom, a kitchen with sitting area and a living room. On the first floor there is a bedroom and the bathroom. Via the stairs in the hallway you reach the 2nd floor the living room with access to the kitchen. Another flight of stairs in the living room leads you to the open gallery as a second sleeping area. Please note that the cottage is not childproof due to the many stairs! Our basement has space for bicycles.

A fully equipped 82 sqm apartment for 7 people with garden and cozy. garden lounge. The accommodation, including The outdoor area can be fully used. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, 180 × 200 and a sofa bed 140 × 200. The bed in the second bedroom is 140 × 200. Each room has a desk and Wi-Fi. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Liebe potenzielle Gäste: Ob auf der Durchreise, für eine kleine Auszeit oder aber für länger - unsere Wohnung ist schnell erreichbar und ein guter Ort, um abends zu entspannen - z.B. auf dem Balkon mit Weitblick. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem, sodass man gut in zwei Räumen schlafen kann. Im Ort gibt es ein schönes Freibad und gute Gastronomie - drumherum viel Wald. Unser Café hat wochentags ab 6 bzw. am Wochenende ab 7 Uhr Frühstück.

Ob im Sommer oder Winter, das gemütliche Haus mit einer Grundstücksgröße von 4000 qm bietet eine wunderbare Möglichkeit zu entspannen mitten im Wald. Trotz der grünen Lage ist das Haus zentral gelegen, den öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreichen Sie nach 8 minütigen Fussweg.

Only 5 minutes' drive from Lake Edersee and 10 minutes from Waldeck Castle, which offers a beautiful view over Lake Edersee as well as the national park. Here you can relax in peace, lie in the garden or take advantage of the many possibilities of the third largest reservoir in Germany. Stand-up paddle and bicycle can be rented on site at an extra cost and deposit.

The accommodation extends over two floors: Upper floor: Here you will find a spacious living area of approx. 90 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log cabin style, a bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find another bedroom, a shower, a guest WC, and a pool, which is currently not functional.
