Amazing Airbnb, was my 3rd stay! Very clean and comfortable. My go to place when I’m in LA!

Place was great ! Very peaceful, relaxing and cozy! I’m glad i was able to book this gem , i want to stay again but it’s fully booked for next month when im in town again sadly.

Our stay at the guest house was outstanding and our hosts, Paul & Candice were excellent hosts. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and a book full of instructions for how everything worked. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. The location was perfect with Larchmont Village being a block away. Being dog lovers, our daily visit from their dog, Sophia, was something we looked forward to. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

Great area. Safe, pretty neighborhood. Convenient to area attractions while being out of the city. Kitchenette equipped enough to make simple meals. Many sleeping options for families. Good home base for exploring LA. Thank you!

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

this place is very nice. in a quiet and clean neighborhood. they were helpful when I had any questions and its only a few miles away from the rose bowl. Definitely will come back again.

First time in california and felt right at home. There’s so much to do around the area and we visited LA frequently throughout our stay. Sarah was super sweet and friendly, she let us drop off our luggage earlier than our check in time and gave us a mini tour of the beautiful guesthouse along with its amenities. We felt super comfortable and right at home. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

*AN ABSOLUTE MUST-STAY!* Booked Dana’s place for a relaxing getaway with my wife for our anniversary, and we loved every minute of our stay! The little guest house is tucked away right up against a mountain side and is so incredibly peaceful and serene that it’s easy to forget you’re mere minutes away from fantastic restaurants and a vibrant downtown scene. Dana was extremely responsive and patient, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay! We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we visit!

This was a really quiet and nice place to stay. The host was very responsive and nice. Would definitely book again.

It is located in a convenient place, with easy access to highway and some restaurants, supermarket, etc. It's spacious and a nice kitchen to allow cooking with fresh ingredients from grocery nearby. A note about parking - SG city does not allow parking overnight without permit. Ding provides parking space. For one car, parking should be easy. Two cars would be a bit more challenging but manageable with skills.

Sean’s place offered a nice private stay. He was communicating proactively and gave clear instructions. We were looking for something close to Disneyland and this was it! A quick drive! It was just what we needed!

It was the perfect place for my mom, my sister and I. It had everything you will need. The place is private and quiet, there was a lot of parking in the street. We were able to cook and everything works. They provided you with some food like coffee ☕️ and super nice decorated.

This place was perfect size and perfect area would definitely consider staying here again. Martina and Danny are great host. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your place.

Great place to stay !

my girlfriend and I stayed here for our vacation to Disneyland. Najat was very responsive and everything was perfect for our stay! restaurants were close by and there is plenty of places within 10-15 minutes of the place. Definitely stay again next time!

I had a great stay at Jana's place with my 5 year old toddler. We had minor issue with wrong keypad during checkin. But Jana was responsive and we figured it out. The house is small, quite, clean and cozy. Kitchen had good amenities for light meal preps. The outdoor garden is beautiful. Jana was sweet to add a small step stool for my daughter and also gave us some toys for her to play with. My daughter was excited and noticed the small details.

This was a very nice place to stay at. Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and a very short drive to restaurants and shopping centers. The koi pond was spectacular and it was very peaceful listening to the water at night. The space was small, but everything was extremely clean, well kept, and up-to-date. It's the perfect spot if you just need a place to sleep (bed might be too small for the taller folk).

This was easily one my best Airbnb experiences in recent years. It was a perfect spot for a solo traveler looking for a quiet space and neighborhood that is also not far away from what LA has to offer. Will was very communicative, accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend this spot and I would stay again!

We stayed at Michael's place for the long Memorial Day weekend. We happened to be greeted by Michael upon arrival, as he was outside. He was SO friendly, responsive to anything we asked, and very accommodating about our check out time. We would love to stay here again, as it was the perfect location for access to all things LA!

What an absolutely beautiful home, and just a short walk from the beach and any number of restaurants and shops! Jimmy was extremely responsive, helpful, and welcoming. This was such a gorgeous haven for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier.
