The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from Gudenåen. The house consists of kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 sleeping places. Outside there is a large sunny terrace, and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

In the living room there is a sofa bed with room for 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a two-and-a-half man bed. The house is 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular icehouse. The house is on a nice road with alley trees in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. Smaller cottage with lovely living room, kitchen and 5 beds. Located at Hou in North Jutland. There is a short distance to the beach and marina with two good playgrounds. The city has a restaurant, pizzaria, ice cream house and a good Brugs. The cottage is equipped with most things for a good holiday, including board games and some toys. There is a fire pit and pizza oven, and a trampoline is set up for children. The house is located in a scenic area with good opportunities to find amber and watch birds (ornithology).

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with great views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of, among other things, "cinema" coziness with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box spring mattresses.
