Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Welcome to "Lille Anker" ⚓️ – a modern, quiet vacation home in Bremen! The house is lovingly decorated in a maritime design, so you can feel the maritime flair of Bremen as soon as you enter. Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

This high-quality furnished apartment in the quiet district of Deichshausen is perfect for couples or families. Shopping about 1 km away, free street parking, spacious terrace in the countryside. The Wesermarsch right outside the front door and the nearby rivers Weser, Ochtum and Ollen invite you to take bike tours, walks or inline skating tours. Good location on the Weser bike path. Oldenburg and Bremen can be reached in just 30-40 minutes by car.

This apartment on the second floor of a detached house consists of a bedroom for three people, a kitchen with new built-in kitchen, a cozy living room and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the living room, a balcony can be reached. In the garden, a terrace with barbecue facilities is available separately for guests. Within walking distance are shops, small shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and a bicycle rental in the village of Hage.

The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cozy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

The guest suite has 80 sqm with an open plan living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with high ceilings, a large bathroom with windows and a terrace. The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. Pets are very welcome with me. My guests can use Sky Entertainment Plus in full. Netflix is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance you can relax and feel good. The Kiessee in the air spa Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, solidly fenced garden area just for you, where escape artists can also run around freely.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Exceptional, beautiful and cozy, this spacious accommodation offers space for a relaxing break for 2 people in a listed house with its own terrace and a large garden. Quiet yet close to the center in the north. A wood-burning stove provides charming coziness on gray days. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs in this property.
