Romantic accommodation by the stream - peace, nature, harmony.... Experience an extraordinary stay in a cozy caravan in nature, just a few steps from the bubbling stream. An ideal place for couples, loners or anyone who wants to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Inside you will find a cozy interior with comfortable sleeping, views of the countryside and a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals. Outside you can enjoy sitting by the fire, listening to birds singing or just soaking your feet in the pure stream water.

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Signalman's house

Enjoy the natural beauty around this historic place to stay. An attempt was made to combine the historical with a modern standard, so that a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee machine are available in the fitted kitchen, but at the same time the historical masonry was preserved. A wood-burning stove provides cozy, crackling warmth, an electric heater does not let you freeze when the wood-burning stove remains cold. In the living room you will find satellite TV and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look out over the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan run. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping areas. The Lodge - Reidlingdorf

The lodge is a great place to relax with family and friends. Simply escape everyday life and enjoy. A paradise for children - nature, forest, open space - to let off steam. No neighbors who are disturbed by children laughing. Also excellent for relaxing with friends. The lodge is located at about 600 m with views over the Mostviertel. Enjoy a good book and a cup of tea at the large panoramic window overlooking the countryside. A deer may also come by.

Shopping, bus and train connections, cinema, bakery, restaurants & children's playgrounds are within walking distance! Numerous hiking trails in the Gusental region and bike paths lead directly through Katsdorf!

Vacation home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. However, there are also many other possibilities in the nearby region. Hiking or shopping is possible nearby. From April to October, a restaurant and museum in the annex can be visited in the afternoon or evening on weekends or public holidays. Cultural events such as musical theater, exhibitions and museums as well as city tours are a 15-minute drive away.

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
