Settle in at Eden Cottage! Relax with a book in front of the flickering fireplace. The house is newly renovated, stylishly furnished with high end finishes. Visit the famous Christmas market in the medieval town as well as various restaurants or discover the beautiful region around the Rhine and Lake Constance. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. 1 1/2-room garden apartment

You will live in a part of the house with your own entrance, small living room, kitchen and bathroom for your own use. So you have a lot of privacy. The bedroom is on the 1st floor, where there are also a few rooms and the owner's office. You don't have a completely closed apartment. Please no smoking. There are cats in the house. There is a parking space. All in a quiet garden neighborhood with lots of birds. In summer, use the garden seating. For 2 people, only for a short time 3 people.

Studio in neuem EFH (2023)

Elsau liegt an der Stadtgrenze zu Winterthur. Ländlich und doch in Stadtnähe. Besuche Winterthur mit seinen Cafés, Museen, dem Technorama oder den Musikfestivals! Zürich ist mit dem Zug und Auto in 30min zu erreichen. Ebenso aber der Rheinfall oder die Grenze zu Deutschland und Österreich. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie einen Parkplatz, ist nahe der Bus- oder Zughaltestelle. Im Sommer kann der hauseigene Pool nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. Unsere 2 Zimmer sind sehr romantisch, ruhig und in unserem schönen Bauernhaus mit hochwertigen Materialien und Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

Farmhouse room with lovely charm

In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.
