Built in 2018, the modern apartment 303 (approx. 40 m²), including a rich breakfast buffet, is located on the upper floor. It offers a seating area in the garden, which is adjacent to our own vineyards. The bedroom is a connecting room to the living room. A lockable bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes is available free of charge. A free car parking space is available directly at the house.

Take a break and relax in this oasis. This property is located 100 meters from Lake Constance. The Bodensee bike road leads right in front of the house. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach/lake, a 15-minute walk to the waterfront promenade. The exhibition center (7 km) is 15 minutes away by car or 20 minutes by bike. Parking for bicycles/cars is available. There are restaurants and shops in the area.
