The apartments are set back from the street for a quieter stay and include access to a shared garden. They are suitable for both individuals and groups of friends who want to stay in the same house. This flat (#4) includes a queen-size bed, a small fridge, a workstation and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

In our large oasis of well-being, the four of you will be offered a lot. In addition to two bedrooms with 160 cm or 180 cm beds, you have plenty of space in the open living area with a cozy sofa area, dining area and a well-equipped large kitchen where you can cook extensively. The large bathroom has a floor-level shower and a freestanding bathtub to spend a cozy time. The apartment is accessible and usable by elevator.

The small house, furnished in a cozy and rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge-15 minutes drive from Chemnitz - the cultural town of '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.

Arrive and feel good.... that is our motto and wish for you! Our apartment is located on the second floor of our apartment building. It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.

Small, fine attic apartment

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 sqm. You are in the middle of nature, where foxes and hares say good night. Your accommodation is freshly renovated and furnished with love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but you can also quickly reach the highway to explore the surroundings.
