The apartment is on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms - 1 of which has an additional sofa bed - for max. 7 people3 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT €125 FINAL CLEANING is incurred and that the tourist tax of €2.60 per adult (children up to the age of 15 years of age are free) is to be paid in cash directly on site. The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!
