House holiday rentals in Hakaru

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. It was a great stay and the hosts were very friendly and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite a couple of widespread power outages, the hosts still made sure our stay was as undisturbed as possible. And made sure we had power and a warm stay through bad weather. And they even offered for us to move or cancel before hand knowing the weather and the risks that we due.

The house is located in a very beautiful community, surrounded by a quiet environment. The house has a large space and is very suitable for groups of more than 10 people. There is a beautiful fireplace in the room, and it is very warm in winter. The kitchen facilities are very complete and can make all kinds of food. The landlord Melissa also provides coffee and tea. Every morning when you wake up, you can make a drink by yourself. Looking out of the window at the scenery makes one feel happy. Melissa is very nice and often asks us if we need help. If you also like quiet and beautiful big houses, you can choose this place

We would thoroughly recommend Nicks place to anyone hoping to visit the beautiful Mangawhai Heads . The house is situated on a very peaceful street just a couple of minutes drive to the town with its many shops, absolutely fabulous for all the family to enjoy with pool . The owners responded very quickly with us when we and gave further information and were always so supportive through out our stay.Thanks

Wow! What an absolutely magical and beautiful place to stay! The place itself is much bigger than it looks in photos and was absolutely spotless. Each bedroom was incredibly spacious, had it's own kitchenette (which was particularly helpful for parents of little ones they didn't need to come downstairs to the kitchen to make a bottle as everything could be done in their room), had it's own ensuite which is an absolute bonus and is situated in a peaceful area great for walks. Howard was absolutely fantastic with his clear and helpful instructions which were prompt and responsive. What a gold mine to have found in whangaparoa! We will absolutely be back again! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

We loved this Ruakaka holiday home. It was so warm and homely with a perfect layout, super clean, comfy beds and we loved the set up of the garage. Even though the weather wasn't great, we jumped in the pool. This place would be so epic in summer. Sarah was the perfect host, super responsive.

We had an amazing stay!! Property is so lovely and view is incredible (both better in person!). Noeline was a great host, helpful communication throught. Would absolutely stay again!

The home was absolutely perfect. The setting was beautiful and the house itself was clean and well kept (not to mention, the beautiful interior decor). The hosts were amazing in their communication, accomodating and exercised flexibility to specific requests of mine, which I hugely appreciated. I had all the information I needed upon checking in and felt very comfortable reaching out with any questions I had on my stay. I had a rather large group stay at the place so the cottage next to the main home was a winner, allowing for space and privacy amongst a big group. The spa pool and plunge pool was a treat with a stunning view and lots of grass area outside for the kids and pets to run around and play. I would highlight recommend this home to anyone looking for somewhere clean, beautiful location with ocean views and friendly and accomodating hosts. We stayed here for a girls weekend away and it was Perfect. Very spacious, relaxing and private. A beautiful outlook when sitting on the deck. The spa is a lovely added bonus which we enjoyed. Natasha is a fab host, great communication and easy to follow instructions. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property. We all had a fab time.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It is furnished perfectly. The wrap around deck is amazing and allows you to sit outside and watch the beautiful sunsets. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Love the boardgames provided thought that was a nice personal touch. Communication was incredible. Host was extremely friendly and easy to talk to and gave us all the information we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat it was incredible and one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at!!!

We had a truly magical time staying at Karl’s hidden gem on the beach front, we were blessed with stunning sunrises and sunsets from one mountain to another over the sea, we felt right at home here, the beachfront was truly spectacular, private and the home was so cozy and so special to be in, we are very grateful for the experience, we had the best time with lots to do and explore in the area, we were constantly blown away by how beautiful and special it was

Our party of 4 couldn't be more happier. The home is exactly how it looks in the photos and even more lovely in person. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. Well-stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils, pot, pans etc. Location was walking distance to Bennetts which has a bakery, café and decadent chocolates. New World supermarket just a short drive away. Jessica was awesome and responsive throughout. Highly recommend this property and we would definitely book this place again on our next trip to Mangawhai.

Awesome girls trip away to the beautiful, calm, peaceful surrounds of nature halfway between Warkworth and Snells beach. Epic amenities, very clean, great spa right next to a waterfall creek. Would highly recommend to stay for a weekend or a week ! We will be back. Thank you !

It was such a lovely house. My family and I loved the views of the place. And the kids had fun with the bunk beds.

Had an amazing stay. Very peaceful and calm. Has everything we need for a small holiday trip. The location of the house was great- close to shops and other utilities. Overall worth it.

Great space for socialising, especially the large kitchen/living area and the amazing outdoor set up with a fire and pizza oven.

Jean's space was the perfect place to rest my head before a volunteer trip with DOC. Walking distance to downtown and intercity bus stop, but very peaceful and quiet street. The heated mattress pad made for a very cosy night! Clean and comfortable :)

We had a great weekend in Mangawhai! The property is well equipped to manage 2 families with kids. The hot tub and back yard is quiet and private. Stephen and Angela were very responsive and provided helpful check in information. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a long weekend and loved the house and the location. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person, especially the amazing views! The house was a short walk to the beach and The Cove cafe. It was very clean, tidy and well appointed. The host was very flexible and accommodating which was appreciated. I would highly recommend and would happily stay again.
