This cabin site is tucked into the forest at the base of the Deacon Escarpment with a view of the Bonnechere Valley Hills. It is a 10 min hike to the Escarpment Lookout, and roughly a 25 min hike to your canoe on a small lake. There is a picnic table, firepit, outdoor gazebo bar, seasonal outdoor shower and private outhouse. The cabin comes with a map of 30km of trails for you to hike or snowshoe. No neighbours within 500m in any direction. Possibility of occasional guest cars going past.

The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Fisherman and snowmobilers welcomed. No electricity or running water. We repeat, no electricity or running water! No shower, however a rustic outhouse is available - you are fancy camping. Water jugs and firewood for the wood stove and bon fire are provided.

This cabin can sleep up to five people (twin, double, and loft has a queen) Includes small kitchen unit with mini-fridge, sink (no running water but jug of water provided) and double burner stove. The kitchen accessories seen in the photos are what is provided. We ask that you not bring your own dish soap, to protect our ecosystem we will provide it. BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS.
