Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hall County

In a word - extraordinary. I am a person who prefers luxury hotels. This house was fashionably decorated and was just a space you felt great being in. Everything was new and clean. Small details evident everywhere. Everything needed was just where you would expect it. And fresh roses on the table when we arrived? Incredible. Friendly and helpful hosts. Could not rave more. We loved it. And I am no pushover.

We chose Maggie’s place because it was close to our daughter’s wedding venue and looked like a pretty place for the bridesmaids to get ready and have photos that morning. It didn’t disappoint! Everything about it was beautiful-very clean and inviting. The linens are lovely and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The record player gave us fun entertainment. The game cabinet was very well stocked. The bathrooms had toiletries. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and even all the things that make cooking easier (salt, oil, etc.). We enjoyed having a home base during a very busy weekend. Maggie was also very helpful and let us come back later after we checked out because we realized we had left my daughter’s wedding cake in the freezer! We are very grateful and recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Frank and Cindy’s place was the perfect location for anything on campus—just a quick 6-minute drive away. The home was cozy, with charming decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials and coffee, and there were plenty of towels provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and parking was easy with space for two vehicles. We especially appreciated the flexible, accommodating hosts and the great variety of outdoor seating areas. Highly recommend!

My family enjoyed our stay and I would recommend anyone to try to book this place if ever in Athens.

This was my 2nd stay here! I love this adorable, sweet space and the location is wonderful. It can be a bit loud (near the hospital and downtown) so please keep that in mind if you are looking for a quiet stay. My only complaint is the water doesn't stay hot to fill the entire bathtub, so the baths ended up being lukewarm (however the tea kettle provided could be used to add hot water). Nicolas is a very accomodating and responsive host and the house was perfect for our needs!

Oh my gosh, such a cute place, Lynn was so helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Their place was just what we wanted, super cozy and all they provided all the little country touches, she even provided creamers and snacks. The property was lovely, wished we had had more time to explore... this was the perfect stay and location for us, we came for the football game and is was a short drive there. Thank you Lynn for making this such a great experience for us... Go DAWGS!!

Very cute nice private basement apartment. Awesome surroundings with creek and canoes etc. awesomeness to the max. The room temp was too low when we got there… but it took a lot of cuddling over the first night (very fun I have to say). It took an intervention by the host the next day who added a small space heater to help the room make it to our desired temp. The bed was amazing and the host communicated well too and quickly helped correcting the temp issue. Thank you!

We felt right at home. You had everything we needed. Also we have been traveling for close to a month. My husband and I got great nights sleep. Visiting our nephew and niece at UGA. Your place was close to everything. Thanks for a great stay

Great location. Very clean and well appointed and the host was very responsive. You do have to go up 35 stairs from the street, which was fine with us, but others may have an issue. You can’t beat downtown Athens. Go Dawgs!

The apartment has a great view and is in a great location for the work I was doing. Communication with the host was always quick and responsive if I had questions or concerns. The apartment felt safe and was generally quiet. There is a freight train line nearby that blows its horn when it goes by and occasional noise from the neighbors but nothing that was a problem. Because I was there for nearly 3 months, I appreciated the Washer/Dryer in the unit and the full kitchen.

Fatima was an excellent communicator, the space was just enough room for me and my fiancée. The balcony was really nice with like a forestry view with a nice small river. The bed was very comfortable and a lot to do in the area. Next time I travel back to Atlanta we will stay again for sure. Thank you for your hospitality Fatima.

Fantastic hosts and the best long term place you can stay for the price. Lucky to have found and had the availability. The hosts were outstanding!

We only stayed for one night and had great time. The house is cozy, and the farm with the animals is absolutely lovely. We especially enjoyed the nature and the hot tub. John was very kind and hospitable, and communication was seamless. We would definitely love to come back! Thank you, John!

WONDERFUL stay!! We had the BEST time, and so appreciate John's hospitality... what a beautiful spot to land and connect with our college aged daughter. We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable and the staff (Rachel) was the icing on the top. She was so sweet and kind and made delicious breakfasts for us. We are trying to plan a return trip already! The peace and quiet is amazing here, massages were so needed and the most comfortable bed ever.

We had a great stay! Every morning breakfast was served or buffet style and was good. Each morning started with a bowl of yogurt/fruit/granola. Then main meal was eggs with either French toast or biscuit and a meat. OJ and Coffee and Tea to drink. The 24 hour coffee & snack availability (bagels, toast, marble cake and mini fruit danish) was great after coming back from a long day. Our room was cleaned daily. I have nothing negative to say about this stay. Accommodations were exactly as stated and seen on the website. Adam was a great host.

The Manor was so peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was great. We would love to stay again.

This was the absolute most perfect stay! The place was very clean and spacious, and Shelby was the best host! She greeted us upon arrival, provided an incredible range of amenities, and responded incredibly fast to all of our questions. The dock and lake are gorgeous, and the neighborhood is beautiful. Sitting on the dock gives you the the most picturesque of days, the most serene of nights, and those perfect Georgia mornings that you can’t quite get anywhere else.

This trip was amazing! My girlfriend and I needed a get away and recharge. The location was perfect with a beautiful setting and climate. The host Sheree was great and Jennifer was a wonderful massage therapist and full of holistic wisdom. I highly recommend her treatments and her knowledge. She was a fantastic host for us making all our moments personal, special, and memorable. We shared knowledge and created new relationships. Chateau Bee our personal chef was superb in her culinary arts and created the most delicious nutritious Ketogenic meals which further fueled our experience making it that much better she is also very sweet accommodating an absolutely amazing chef! I would gladly pay the extra to have her cook because if your love food like I do you taste the passion and love in her cooking, they both were amazing and wonderful! We loved the ambiance from the worldly treasures collected by Mrs. Sheree, the sauna and infrared sauna cleared our skin and gave us a much needed glow so much so we have purchased our own light for the home. We were close to many trails and enjoyed the beautiful scenery it was the perfect get away the experience was incredible, just unforgettable, we will return at least once a year for our recharge the best part is this place is accommodating for anyone for any occasion, they made my birthday special and unique they made our anniversary romantic with candles and petals, the works! They were just amazingly accommodating we couldn't be happier!
