There is public transport, but a car is an advantage. In a two-minute walk you can reach the bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank. We are child friendly and non-smokers. I do a duck breeding. The ducks are in one of the two gardens.

Ying was an amazing host! He and his family took great care of the place, and Ying personally welcomed us during check-in, explaining everything in detail, which was really helpful. Verena and Rudi’s home was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve stayed in a lot!). They were such kind hosts who made us feel so welcome. The setting on the banks of the Rhine is incredible. We swam in the river every day, enjoyed their lovely pool, and loved the beautiful view. Already wondering when we can come back next!

The accommodation was as described (a different sofa than in the pictures, but that makes no difference). It was absolutely clean and practical. Everything you need in everyday life was available. Coffee machine with capsules, drinking water from the tap, salt, pepper, etc. In the kitchen there was enough dishes, so you could have done everything there. I never waited more than 30 minutes for questions via chat and Zeno and Carina were extremely friendly and accommodating. Zeno even came over after a long day at work to show me how the record player works. The record player was an absolute highlight! In addition, the absolutely quiet area in which I could enjoy my retreat from everyday life absolutely perfectly. Always available, but still absolute privacy, exactly what I was looking for. It was perfect all around, thank you very much! We'll happily come back anytime 😀

We experienced Barbara and Thomas as very warm hosts. We arrived on a Sunday, and a nice welcome greeting and a delicious "starter kit" in the refrigerator awaited us. We especially liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the countryside. So we could comfortably rest after our excursions or go for a walk in the countryside. For us, the apartment was an ideal starting point for exploring Zurich, Basel, the Rhine Falls of Schaffhausen and also a swimming pool in Switzerland, not far from the border. We have returned home deeply refreshed and with very rewarding travel experiences. We would like to thank Barbara and Thomas very much for their kindness and the absolutely nice and uncomplicated communication. Andrea and Wilfried
