Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable!

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is super furnished, you can cook immediately. Also the dining room is great - the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is great, the other rooms significantly smaller, that also applies to the bathroom. But it worked. The floor creaks loudly, which was unusual, but that's just the way it is with farmhouses.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we were only in this great house of Ute for two nights. Ute is a great and a great and warm person. We will be happy to come back. Unfortunately, the house is booked well in advance. We can only do it at short notice. Thank you Ute for the beautiful days

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

The stay with Margarete was very pleasant. She is a kind and helpful host. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and very clean. Only a freezer compartment and some kitchen utensils (peeler, grater, scissors) were missing. Overall, however, it was super nice and absolutely recommended. :)

We had a great time at Karin's place - the house and the garden are beautiful and great for relaxation. Karin communication well in advance with us and checked in in between.

If you are looking for peace, quiet, a beautiful view, a beautiful apartment, a feeling of home and the owner of the apartment who answers every question immediately, this is the place. Mimi took care of every detail in her house. We felt like home down to the smallest details in the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment is designed for a family with children who need to cook. The kitchen has everything. Good location, close to the lakes and all the attractions related to nature and water recreation. Highly recommend.

We were there as a family for 6 days, it couldn't have been better. Everything is so cozy and furnished with a lot of love and at the same time high quality. Numerous cozy sitting areas invite you to linger. The amenities are excellent, nothing is missing. Silvia is super sweet and gave us great excursion tips. The location is perfect, all excursion destinations can also be reached by public transport. Glad to come back!

We travel a lot and buy this house is for sure in our top 3 - A real home, not just an Airbnb ! Everything you need from amenities like sauna and jacuzzi to all cooking essential We had a wondefull time exploring the surrounding and enjoying drink and leaks on the terrasse view stunning view No sun in the evening but no worry the fire pit will keep your warm ;) Love love love !

Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

And in the surrounding area there are endless possibilities for touring bike paths or visiting beautiful places. Super stay at Jakobs house, the house was huge and well equipped. You could sense the mountain atmosphere. A wonderful, peaceful area. One of the most beautiful places I have been to with my friends. Jakob was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly I recomended

It's just gorgeous here: great location with mega hiking destinations in the immediate vicinity. It is pleasantly quiet. The cottage is very well appointed, sparkling clean, and is cozy. The hosts live right next door. Angela & Roman are very attentive, friendly, tolerant, helpful and: They give their guests maximum privacy. Here everyone is welcomed with open arms. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Everything was well prepared. Communication and check-in went quickly and smoothly. We'll be back.
