The farmhouse has 4 rooms (sleeps 12) and is right in the center of Abtenau. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Abtenau is a great place to relax, recharge, hike, mountain bike or just go for a stroll. There are wonderful waterfalls, beautiful alpine pastures, an outdoor pool especially for children, mini golf, and a summer toboggan run. In winter, it is near the ski lift. The house is centrally located between Salzburg and Hallstatt, making everything easy to reach.

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact close by. Your parking is free and right in front of the entrance. Use the sauna and BBQ on the sunny terrace for free. You can reach the Salzkammergut, Hallstatt, the Dachstein, Kaprun the Großglockner Hochalpenstraße and the city of Salzburg within 45 minutes by car. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

(Near the train) The 65 square meter garden apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed as well as a large living-dining room with a double bed on a platform. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the fridge to the toaster to the coffee maker. The bathroom features a rain shower and a separate bathtub. A large garden and separate entrance complete the apartment.
