Die FeWo im OG mit Balkon ist komplett ausgestattet, eine Garage mit e-Ladestationen für Fahrräder, PKW-Stellplatz sowie ein Kellerraum stehen zur Verfügung. Eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung mit Bächen, Seen laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Naturverbundenheit und Nachhaltigkeit sind uns ein besonderes Anliegen. Just enjoy life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. Very close to the city center of the beautiful little town of Herdecke. The city is within walking distance in 10 minutes without major inclines. Very centrally located on the Ruhr Valley hiking and cycling path. The apartment is barrier-free and in a current modern condition. You have your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There is a lockable bicycle storage room right by the house, especially for bicycles!

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The marketplace is on the doorstep, but the 110 m² apartment still offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere. The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created.
