On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer a 60 sqm detached holiday home for 2 people, directly on the forest. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.

Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
