This was my second stay at Magdalena and Karsten’s place, and once again, everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. We felt very comfortable at Andreas's. The apartment is as described and looks exactly like the pictures. The location is great and we found the parking space, which we also liked to use, to be especially practical – that was an important reason for us to book the accommodation. We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable in Egor's accommodation. The proximity to Lake Baldeney was very advantageous for us and contributed significantly to our holiday feeling.

The apartment was excellent. Communication with the landlord was quick and pleasant. There were some amenities available upon arrival, such as drinks from local businesses and snacks. Furthermore, we were provided with a printout with quick information about the surrounding area laid out. The kitchen was excellently equipped, from dishes to appliances to the full spice cabinet. The living room makes it easy to spend time with the group in a pleasant atmosphere. The mattresses were a little too soft for us, but that's a matter of taste. The bathroom was also excellent, with a wide selection of shampoos. One side of the apartment faces the street, but we didn't notice it in the apartment. Parking at the apartment and in the area is easy and hassle-free, with many options.

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. The size of the house was great. Each had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, the hot tub and the outdoor sauna were great. A baby bed and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and directly behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The town of Cobbenrode is not large. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby, there are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For a long weekend with friends, to relax or to hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we were able to enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quick to respond to questions and was able to help remotely. Thank you very much.

The house was just as described. The location great to us. In the morning, only the birds could be heard. At breakfast and dinner, we always had a visit from 3 blackbirds and two rabbits who were on the lawn. We were able to take beautiful bike tours. With our dog, it was only a few steps through the gate in the garden into the forest. We also liked the walks around the small lake. What was there to complain about? An open description for the TV might have been helpful. Maybe it was also in the drawer in the kitchen, where we also found the description for the oven. We needed them because the setting symbols on the rotary knob are printed very small on the side edge and you can't see them when you're standing in front of the oven. But the manufacturer's designer screwed that up. All in all, we have a quiet, beautiful vacation. It might have been too quiet for our children with the grandchildren

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. I stayed at Renate's place with my family for 5 days. Renate explained some basic instructions in messages in a short and clear way. The house is located in a quiet, tidy village. We really enjoyed the house. Comfortable, cozy with a stylish design. Highly recommended! 👍👍

The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for the stay. Youssef responded to my messages very quickly. Everything about Youssef, the apartment and its cleanliness was very good; however, we were disturbed by the noise of the neighbors while resting. One of the neighbors heard loud calls to prayer (Adhan) and music, phoned loudly until late at night, and this noise prevented us from sleeping.

Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more.
