Sleeps five people comfortably, with a plush queen and king bed, twin pullout couch in the living room, which also features a foosball coffee table for entertainment. Fully equipped kitchen has cooking utensils and a charming coffee bar with a wide variety of coffee and tea.The bathroom has all the essentials so you don't need to pack anything. We have a charming sitting area outside. We also offer a local bottle of wine for 2 days or more.

It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.

We fell in love with this elegant home on a visit to Colgate with our daughter. Built in the 1800s, the home was completely and beautifully renovated in 2019 by the previous owners. It sits on an idyllic street, five minutes walking distance to both Colgate and downtown Hamilton. When we're not in town cheering on Colgate tennis, we hope to continue the tradition of providing a convenient and comfortable space for guests to make memories in Hamilton.
